- Completed the fitting of the Megashifter (apart from the fancy rubber boot etc. that fits inside the car). All works very well. Filled the the radiator with water, hopefully no leaks as the unit has been re-cored. (03/10/04)
- Picked up my welder yesterday as it has been giving me grief since I put the 0.6 wire back in. Keeps slipping. Anyway, the Welding Company has modified the unit by changing the standard torch for a new Euro torch and rollers. Day off today, have managed to finish welding up the sump in the boot floor ready for my fuel cell. Put engine oil in to see if any leaks materialise on the modified sump prior to starting the engine - this time is not too far away now! (01/10/04)
