Offside inner cill repairs
The offside inner cill was in need of some repair. The front, rear and all of the lower part had to be fabricated using 1.2mm gauge steel.
Just a reminder of the condition I had to start with.
July 2011: Marking out where I am going to cut starts, but it will be carried out in sections so not to loose any dimensions. 
July 2011: Removing some of the rotten inner cill shows some of the floor section. A new flange will need to be fabricated on the curved part.
July 2011: New flanger welded in place and dressed up ready to receive the new inner cill repair section.
July 2011: About a 1/2" section had to be welded above the jacking point.
July 2011: New flange section had to welded in place just above the rear jacking point.
October 2011: All the sections have now been fabricated, welded in place and coated with POR15 for protection.
